PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transfer of messages including high-capacity text information, image information, or voice information. SOLUTION: Between a mobile communication network and the Internet 21, an information service system 70 is disposed. The information service system 70 makes a protocol conversion so that messages including requests and acquired contents can be transferred between a high-capacity data transfer system 30 and the Internet 21.
