PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit data to a facsimile machine of a transmission destination without outputting the data from a personal computer onto paper. SOLUTION: When printing is indicated from the application of a word processor or the like in a terminal, the input of the facsimile transmission destination is called and when the destination is inputted, print data converting the data of the application of the word processor or the like to image data are transmitted through a LAN to the communication device. When the print data are received by an LPD protocol (print protocol for LAN), on the other hand, in the communication device, the received print data are analyzed by a print data analytic part 20 and the facsimile number of the destination is extracted.
