PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a bias-T circuit in which the length of the transmission line is reduced to reduce losses in ultra-high frequency waves, while having a core of certain size built therein. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of a bias-T circuit housed in a conductive container, a first and a second terminals are provided facing the walls facing each other or the container, a third terminal is arranged on the wall extending in a right angle direction from a signal transmission line connecting the first and second terminals, a capacitive element is connected between the first and second terminals, and an inductive element is connected between the third terminal, the first terminal and the capacitive element or between the capacitive element and the second terminal. For employing an element having a large inductance as the inductive element, the container is formed so that the inside is an inverted convex shape, and the inductive element is arranged in a portion having a large volume and the first and the second terminals are arranged facing the surfaces of walls in a portion having a small volume.
