PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture board for microscope observation which can culture an organism specimen and is less deteriorated in imaging performance in observing the organism specimen and to provide an observation method suitable for observation of the organism specimen by using this culture board. SOLUTION: The culture board for microscope observation consists of a transparent fluororesin having a refractive index of≥1.33 to≤1.34 and is subjected to treatment for hydrophilicity impartation on the board surface.
