PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define an adjusting device for a head-up display whose constitution is simple, which is economically manufactured and whose required total space is made small. SOLUTION: The adjusting devices 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 have at least one inclined segment 5 or 6, and a 2nd turning axis 9 is not perpendicular to the plane of at least one inclined segment, and at least one reflection mirror 1 is connected to supporting units 2, 2a and 2b, which are pressed to the inclined segment while leaving space from the axis 9. By turning at least one inclined segment, the supporting unit slides on the inclined segment, whereby the mirror 1 is turned centering around a 1st turning axis 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
