PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a desired gas flow even in an emergency. SOLUTION: This gas supply controller 12 has a gas storage device 8, a turbo group 2, and a gas supply pipe 9 extending to the turbo group 2 from the gas storage device 8. The gas supply controller 12 is disposed in the gas supply pipe 9. The gas supply controller 12 has a main pipe 14 and bypass pipe 19. The main pipe 14 forms a part of the gas supply pipe 9. The main pipe 14 is disposed with a main valve device 15 cutting off the main pipe 14 in the emergency. The bypass pipe 19 bypasses the main valve device 15. The bypass pipe 19 is disposed with a bypass valve device 20 opening the bypass pipe 19 in the emergency. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
