PURPOSE: Provided is a production process for a lightweight bubble concrete panel using an angled steel pipe for structure which summarizes entire process at a unit panel to contribute reduction of construction period in field construction. CONSTITUTION: The product for the lightweight bubble concrete panel using the angled steel pipe for the structure comprises the parts of: the angled steel pipes(100,110,120,130) which are aligned vertically and horizontally, with the vertical member(100,110) standing vertical load and the horizontal member(120,130) reacting to horizontal power of the vertical member; an insulating board(150) which is adhered to one side of both members; and the lightweight bubble concrete(140) which fills the vertical and the horizontal member. |
