METHOD FOR TWO-STAGE PLEUROPNEUMONECTOMY

FIELD: medicine, pulmonary surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should preliminary prepare the leaf of mediastinal pleura out of lateral pericardial wall from the side of affected lung up to its vessels. Then visceral pleura should be prepared further against these vessels towards the lung for 1.0-1.5 cm and they should be isolated extrapleurally, extrapericardially. Then, out of transsternal transmediastinal access one should carry out occlusion of the main bronchus in aortocaval section extrapericardially. One should perform occlusion of pulmonary artery and pulmonary veins of affected lung. Anterior mediastinum is drained, the wound is sutured. Pleuropneumonectomy should be carried out in late terms. The method enables to decrease traumaticity level of surgical interference. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 ex
