<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package replacing cart which is equipped with a multi- purpose space usable for various purposes and located at its center and a lift mechanism which is provided in place of a hydraulic jack and easily handled. <P>SOLUTION: A package replacing cart is equipped with a cam mechanism 60, a lever mechanism 70, and a lift drive unit 55 which moves up or down a component feeder 2 by converting a radius change in a cam 61 through rotation. The cam mechanism 60 comprises a ratchet mechanism which converts the operation of a pedal into the rotation of the cam 61. The ratchet mechanism is composed of a first ratchet mechanism 63 which restrains the cam 61 from rotating further when the point of application of the cam 61 reaches to an apex and a second ratchet mechanism 66 which enables the cam 61 to rotate by making the point of application of the cam 61 pass through the apex. The first ratchet mechanism 63 comprises a mechanism that makes a ratchet lever 71 idle with a sliding tooth unit 65 located at the position where the point of application of the cam 61 reaches the apex, and the second ratchet mechanism 66 comprises a mechanism that enables the ratchet lever 71 to be engaged by a force applied from outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
