<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a circuit board attached with a color filter without any metal ion having an adverse effect on driving of the circuit and the circuit board attached with the color filter obtained therewith. <P>SOLUTION: The method (1) for forming the circuit board attached with the color filter is characterized by superimposing four kinds of laser thermal transfer sheets respectively having at least a thermo-optical conversion layer and a red (R), a green (G), a blue (B) or a black (K) picture forming layer on a support on the circuit board and forming pictures composed of R, G, B and K by irradiating the superimposed transfer sheets and the circuit board with laser light in a shape of a picture from the thermal transfer sheets side and transferring the picture forming layer on the circuit board.
