<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely report an abnormal state in a monitoring vehicle to a monitoring requester located in a remote place even when cutting an alarm part from an antitheft device, interrupting the power supply from an on-vehicle battery to the antitheft device, or removing the antitheft device itself. <P>SOLUTION: When an abnormality related to the antitheft device 13 is detected by an abnormality detecting means 124a, this abnormality is transmitted with vehicle specification information 125a by an abnormality transmitting means 125 through a prescribed communication network. The abnormality and vehicle specification information 125a are received by an abnormality receiving means 51a, a transmitting designation corresponding to the vehicle specification information 125a is acquired by a transmitting designation acquiring means 51b, and the abnormality is reported to the transmitting designation by an abnormality reporting means 51c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
