PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reducing structure for an outdoor unit of a large air conditioner. SOLUTION: The outdoor unit of the large air conditioner storing a constant- speed compressor 64a and an inverter compressor 64b that compress a refrigerant circulating in a refrigerating cycle and control the amount of refrigerant for varying capacity of the air conditioner. To prevent noise generated by the inverter compressor 64b from being transmitted to the outside, a noise control part 70 formed with bent parts 72, 74 is provided to enclose the inverter compressor 64b.
