PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit device for a vehicle in which superior connection reliability is ensured and in which the number of components and the number of operating man-hours can be reduced and to provide a method of manufacturing the power circuit device. SOLUTION: A terminal 5 for a large current and a terminal 7 for a small current of a large-power electronic circuit component 1 which is brought into close contact with, and fixed to, a metal cooling member 2 are connected by a bus bar 9 and a bus bar 10 of a bus-bar assembly 6 in the upper part of a printed board 4, and the terminal 7 for the small current of the circuit component 1 and the printed board 4 can be electrically connected without requiring a special soldering operation, the number of operating man-hours can be reduced, the bus bars 9, 10 or the like of the bus-bar assembly 6 are integrated, and an effect of reducing the number of components can be achieved.
