PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery suitable for downsizing the inner circuit of an electronic equipment, and provide a DC-DC converter in which downsizing can be aimed at by being used together with such a secondary battery. SOLUTION: This has the secondary battery wherein a case in which a unit cell is built is constituted of an inductor, and has the DC-DC converter that possesses as circuit constituting parts a switching element and this inductor of the secondary battery wherein the case is constituted of the inductor, and that outputs an input voltage after stepping-up or stepping-down the voltage by turning on or off the switching element.
