<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient fuel cell, in which the size of liquid drops, which supplies the original fuel, is sufficiently small, a fuel drop exists in a state that variation is suppressed, and free design can be realized irrespective of the gaseous quantity used as the moving medium, and further in addition to these, a moving state, and extraction of hydrogen can be realized with good efficiency, rapid response, and good load change characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A reforming device 1 connected to the fuel cell 1 is attached with an original fuel supply part 6, which is connected to a tank that stores the original fuel mixed with methanol and water, to the entrance hole 5a of a can body 5. The original fuel sprayed by itself as a micro pump from here comes to an outlet hole 5b through a catalyst substance 3 and a CO reduction part 4 in the process, which passes an evaporation part 2.
