<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase possibility of collecting a charge for data by a data supplier and facilitate paying the charge by a customer. <P>SOLUTION: An accounting method in a data delivery system comprising an electric power supplier for supplying electric power via power lines, a data supplier for delivering data via the power lines, and an electric apparatus owned by a customer to which the electric power and the data are supplied, wherein the data supplier delivers the data along with an ID number for specifying the electric apparatus to which the data is supplied, while on the customer side, the ID number accompanied by the data is compared with an ID number of the electric apparatus, and the data is received by the electric apparatus only when there is a match between them and the customer pays the charge for the data to the electric power supplier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
