<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump-type hot water supply device capable of preventing the abnormal rise of a discharge temperature of a refrigerant discharged from a discharge port of a refrigerant compressor without adding an exclusive component for controlling the heat exchange of an internal heat exchanger 5. <P>SOLUTION: High pressure of a super critical vapor compression-type heat pump cycle is controlled by hanging an valve opening of a pressure reducing valve 6, so that a temperature difference between an inlet temperature of the hot water flowing to a water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4 and an outlet temperature of the refrigerant flowing out from an outlet part of the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4, is kept within a constant range Y (for example, 10°C), so that the high pressure of the refrigerant can be adjusted, and the heat exchanging function of the internal heat exchanger 5 can be adjusted within a constant range. Whereby the unnecessary rise of the discharge temperature of the refrigerant discharged from the discharge port of the refrigerant compressor 3 can be inhibited.
