PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electronic part mounting device wherein a plurality of electronic component holding means are replaced with others in one lot nearly at the same time to reduce a time required for the replacement of the electronic component holding means with others and the frequency of replacement of the electronic component holding means.

SOLUTION: When an electronic component holding unit 12 is replaced with another, a plurality of electronic component holding units 12 are dismounted or mounted from or on electronic component heads 11 in one lot by stock stations 15 and 16 nearly at the same time.
