PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detecting apparatus capable of easily mounting connecting parts on a bracket while the connection between conductive members such as lead wires and electrodes is reliably maintained. SOLUTION: Holding protrusions 84 corresponding to fitting holes 92 formed in a cover 90 are formed in a part to be covered 78. By sliding the part to be covered 78 until shaft parts 86 come into contact with the end parts of long hole parts 94 with the holding protrusions 84 fitted in the fitting parts 96, the part to be covered 78 is mechanically connected to the cover 90 of the bracket 48. By this, the part to be covered 78 is mechanically connected to a sheathing part 16 via the bracket 48 and a protector 38 at a part different from a tubular part 82. Therefore, relative displacements of parts to be covered 78 and 116 to the sheathing part 16 hardly occurs, and it is possible to reliably prevent the breaking of wires in the connecting parts between conductive wires 20-26 and conductive pieces 68-74.
