PURPOSE: A method of making a liquid beverage using red ginseng concentrates as main component obtained by concentration of ginseng under a vacuum is provided. The product is consistent liquid that is blackish red in color while having characteristic flavor and taste of red ginseng. CONSTITUTION: Red ginseng as a main ingredient is extracted at 98deg.C for 8hrs and the extraction process is repeated two times. Then, 25% by weight of the red ging extract is mixed with an extract of herbal plants containing 20% by weight of Rehmanniae Radix, 7% by weight of Asparagi Radix, 8% by weight of Liriopis Tuber, 7% by weight of Rubi Fructus, 5% by weight of Angelicae gigantis Radix, 5% by weight of Cnidii Rhizoma, 5% by weight of Lycii Fructus, 5% by weight of Hoelen, 3% by weight of Astragali Radix and 3% by weight of Polygoni multiflori Radix. The herbal extract is obtained by extracting the herbal plants in water for 8hr at 98deg.C and then repeating the extraction process two times.
