PURPOSE: A combined structure of a body mounting and a seat mounting is provided to reduce weight by dispersing weight with a frame and the vehicle body in deformation of a vehicle body, to improve freedom of design by controlling increase of a sectional size of floor members and to reduce the number of components by reducing or removing sizes of a side member and a cross member. CONSTITUTION: A fourth mounting portion is moved to a seat mounting portion to operate a seating mounting(14) and a body mounting at the same time. An upper rubber(17) is inserted to a boss(15) and fixed to a bottom of a cross member(7). The seating mounting is operated to the cross member. A lower rubber(16) is inserted to a bottom of the boss not to contact a chassis frame(13) directly and fixed to the inside of the boss with a bolt(19) and a nut together with the upper rubber. Thereby, transmission of noise and vibration is reduced by reducing the number of body mountings. The frame constrains a movement of the vehicle body in collision.
