REGULATOR OF REPRODUCTIVE OIL FLOW RATE FOR ARM CYLINDER OF EXCAVATOR

PURPOSE: A regulator of reproductive oil flow rate for arm cylinder of excavator is provided to improve the slight adjustment of controlling flow rate by reading the pressure of a cylinder head proportionally and using a solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION: The regulator is composed of: a hydraulic pump(1); an arm main spool(2) connected to the hydraulic pump; an on-off assistant spool(3) connected to the arm main spool and a regeneration pipe, and determining the regeneration and return of operating oil by sensing the oil pressure; an overload relief valve(6) connected to an arm cylinder(4) and a rod(4b); an arm holding valve(5) connected to the overload relief valve; an arm regeneration main valve(8) regulating reproductive quantity of flow; a solenoid valve(9) connected to a pilot pump(1a) and the arm regeneration main valve through a pilot pipeline(17),therefore blocking the flow rate of oil.
