FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an antiseptic preparation comprising a mixture of isopropyl and n- propyl alcohol and didecyldimethyl ammonium chloride prepared at 25-30 C and taken in the ratio = (6-5) : (1-2) : (0.005-0.015), respectively. The preparation comprises also propylene glycol, glycerol and water taken in the definite ratio. The preparation shows an antibacterial activity with respect to gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (including pathogens of intrahospital infections, tuberculosis mycobacteria), yeast-like fungi of genus Candida and viruses (including hepatitis B virus and human immunodeficiency virus; HIV).
