SUBSTANCE: both autoblood-rehydrated powder of demineralized brefomatrix and fragments of lyophilized porous allobone should be successively introduced into osseous pouches, osseous defects in furcation area and into interdental spaces. One should provide tight fixation of allomatrix to recipient's osseous bottom. The suggested method enables to increase efficiency in plasty of parodontal pouches due to restoring the lost height of bony tissue and removal of postoperative hematomas.
