<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire processing system for effectively conducting evaluation of a user with respect to service provided by an autonomy by using a work system and a work service terminal belonging to the autonomy. <P>SOLUTION: The questionnaire processing method has a step of acquiring personal information of a replier by using various data bases or the like of the autonomy work system, a step of storing the personal information in a temporary storage file and conducting a questionnaire limiting object persons by comparing the stored information with a questionnaire attribute of a questionnaire item data base, a step of preventing a double reply of a user by providing a history management data base, and a step of conducting the questionnaire using processing waiting time of work service.
