PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching method of a resistance band in which deformation or melting of the battery case caused by heat of the resistance band is prevented by preventing deformation into bow shape, even if the resistance band is thermally expanded at short circuit of the electrode. SOLUTION: In the resistance band 2 that is incorporated in the battery pack of an explosion-proof specification, the resistance band is preferably twisted so that the twisting angle may be nearly 180 degrees and then incorporated in that state of twisting in the battery pack of explosion-proof type.
