PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for performing a sales prediction and generation of a loading plan, when changing the arrangement place of an automatic vending machine or the commodity arrangement place (column) within the automatic vending machine, or introducing a new commodity to the automatic vending machine, while quickly and precisely reflecting the information therefor to the sales prediction. SOLUTION: In generation of the loading plan, column information having a change is extracted (S1001), and a loading plan generating method matched to the column change is executed for this. The date when the column change is scheduled is confirmed in reference to a master table (S1002). A column change pattern is judged (S1003). The column change pattern means a column for storing the commodity or the change pattern of the setting place of the automatic vending machine the column belongs to. The loading interval is determined by a method according to the column change pattern (S1004), and the loading quantity is determined (S1005).
