PURPOSE: A rice container and a sink having a rice container are provided to keep rice in an appropriate temperature by circulating cold water through the rice container and to conveniently use the rice container by installing the rice container to the sink. CONSTITUTION: A rice container is composed of a square-shaped case(100), a door installed to the upside and input with rice, a rice input device(120) at a front upside, a rice reservoir(130) storing rice in the case, a rice discharge measuring device(140) installed to the lower part of the rice reservoir, and a temperature holding device inside the reservoir for keeping an appropriate temperature by circulating water and widening the contact area with rice.
