摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic hydraulic-articulated workpiece tray for a numerically controlled lathe is provided to cut down labor cost and to improve a working environment and the efficiency for processes by performing an unmanned process. CONSTITUTION: An automatic hydraulic-articulated workpiece tray(100) installed to a numerically controlled lathe is composed of a piston rack receiving driving force through a hydraulic cylinder(10), a gear(20) engaged with the piston rack, a gear case(22) enclosing the gear, and a tray box(50) rotating by receiving driving force from a gear shaft(24) engaged with the gear and receiving completed workpieces. In addition, the automatic hydraulic-articulated workpiece tray includes a first sprocket(30) connected to the gear shaft to rotate, a second sprocket(34) connected with the first sprocket by a chain(32) to rotate with the first sprocket, an arm(38) having an arm housing(36) embedded with the first and second sprockets and the chain and combined between the gear case and a bearing(26), a sprocket shaft(40) vertically combined to the center of the second sprocket and protruded from the arm housing, and a pipe(52) perpendicularly or horizontally bolting-combined to the sprocket shaft having the tray box.
