PURPOSE: A monitoring method, a monitoring system, a monitoring device, a computer program and a recording medium are provided to restrict actions having no connection with work and irregularities in business. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring device(10) connects to an inner communication network NWi. The inner communication network NWi is connected with a plurality of devices(20) to be monitored. A manager managing an operator operating the plurality of devices to be monitored operates the monitoring device for monitoring the plurality of devices to be monitored. A firewall apparatus(40) is connected with the inner communication network NWi. The monitoring device and the plurality of devices to be monitored are connectable to an inner communication network NWo through the firewall apparatus. Display images displayed at the devices to be monitored are transmitted to the monitoring device by management of a computer program PG2 for the devices to be monitored, so that the monitoring device displays the display images.
