摘要 FIELD: hydraulic engineering; measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in stream-flow-measuring in hydraulic systems. Method is based on use of ultrasonic oscillations and processing of results. Electroacoustic transducers are moved by means of movable carriage along vertical coordinate of water passage section. Said transducers are engageable by opposite sides of water conduit. Rate of motion is so selected that displacement of carriage is less than geometric sizes of electroacoustic transducers during time of propagation of ultrasonic waves between wall of water conduit. Movable carriage is moved continuously at constant velocity at simultaneous obtaining of integral magnitude of stream velocity along horizontal coordinates of water conduit area by means of ultrasonic meter. In the course of scanning of water conduit for reliability of results of measurements, undistorted data are summed up and number of summed-up results of measurements are calculated. Upon completion of scanning, total magnitude of results of measurements is divided by total number of measurements for determination of average velocity of stream and results thus obtained is multiplied by water conduit area for determination of water flow rate: where Q is flow rate of water in water conduit; S is area of water conduit; X is size of water conduit along coordinate x; Ny is number of measurements made during scanning of water conduit along coordinate y; vx is component of stream velocity vector along coordinate x normal to plane of water conduit section. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurements; considerable reduction of time taken for performing measurements. 2 dwg
