FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has magnifying element, light source, rod provided with irregular shape head of 0.5-2.0 cm large diameter, flexible tube for fastening the rod to the magnifying element and dilator. The dilator is connected to the magnifying element by means of flexible tube. The tubes length is 15-20 cm long. The magnifying element is designed as magnifying lens. The light source is designed as electric pocket flash light having cylindrical body shape. Magnifying element handle has units for detachably fixing light source. The units are designed as ring-shaped rigid collar having opening matching light source body. The light source body attached to the magnifying element with fastening pin. The rod has irregular shape of rounded elongated flattened shape. The dilator is designed as infantine gynecological mirror, rectal mirror or rectoscopic mirror. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of forensic medical examination of female and male sexual organ state in wide plurality of conditions. 7 cl, 1 dwg
