<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly provide digital contents with a large data volume to a consumer of a terminal at low distribution cost and collect detailed marketing information aiding efficient distribution and planning of sales strategy. <P>SOLUTION: The digital data distributing system is composed of a central management device 1 which is a distribution source of digital data, a plurality of terminal devices 3 arranged in a wide area, and an auxiliary management device 2 provided between the central management device 1 and the terminal devices 3 to mediate exchange of information between them and assisting the central management device 1 by carrying out predetermined information processing. By distributing digital contents from the central management device 1 to each terminal device 3, the digital contents are sold to a user in each terminal device 3. The marketing information (a sort of sales promotion information) such as data for sales promotion can be mutually exchanged between the three of the central management device 1, the auxiliary management device 2 and each terminal device 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
