SOLUTION: The text of a received mail is displayed on a sentence display column 434. A link display 435 is inserted into the text displayed on the sentence display column 434. A mouse is operated by a user, and when clicking the link display 435, a client computer displays an attachment file display window 451 on a monitor, and displays the content of the attachment file in the attachment file display window 451.
