<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment capable of instantaneously recognizing time information to which the data received after error restoration on a reception side belong even in the case that an error has occurred in a communication network when transmitting the data including image data, sound data and other additional information. <P>SOLUTION: The data encoded in an encoder 101 with a fixed image period as a reference are packeted in a packeting means 103, the time information of the image period in which the packet is encoded is added as a header in a packet header adding means 104 and it is made into a cell in a cell making means 105 and sent out from a transmission means 106 to a network 107. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
