PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit/receive data in a reduced network traffic with an inexpensive configuration without needing any dedicated hardware or software. SOLUTION: The network communication apparatus is provided with a facsimile communication means via a telephone line, a network communication means via a network, an HTML generating means for generating an HTML file and a WWW server means for sending the HTML file to the network. Thus, the Internet can be utilized while inexpensively suppressing the network traffic with a simple configuration without needing any dedicated terminal or the like for operating server software.
