PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately constitute a tube fitting provided with a rotatable function with a simple and easy assembling structure. SOLUTION: The male coupling constitution body 2 is provided with an outer side peripheral groove 4 receiving a part of a bearing ball 8 at an insertion part 2a. The bearing ball 8 supported by an elastic ring 7 and a midway surface 3d is moved to the deepest surface 3c side accompanied with an insertion of the insertion part 2a to the inside of the female coupling constitution body 1 while the ball elastically deforms the elastic ring 7. The moved bearing ball 8 is further moved toward the uppermost surface 3e side by a resilient force of the elastic ring 7 at an inserted position of the insertion part 2a of the male coupling constitution body 2 insertable into the outer side peripheral groove 4 of the male coupling constitution body 2 and a part of the bearing ball 8 is inserted to the outer side peripheral groove.
