PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control leak of waste water from the inside of a refuse pit as scheduled. SOLUTION: In this refuse pit 5 as a body 4 comprising a side wall 2 and a bottom plate 3 disposed underground to store refuse 10, an inner side wall 16a and an inner bottom plate 16 comprising a number of PC boards 18 connected to each other are disposed and fixed to the side wall 2 and the bottom plate 3 to form a desired gap S, so that the refuse pit of a double wall structure is composed. A suction pump 21 is installed outside the body 4, and a suction port 22a in the suction pipe 22 connected to the suction pump 21 is disposed inside the gap S. Penetrating water into the gap S is pumped up to the outside of the pit by operation of a suction pump 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
