PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent poor lubrication between an eccentric part of a rotary shaft and a roller to be slidably mounted on the eccentric part even when compression load increases. SOLUTION: A groove 43A in the axial direction and a groove 43B in the circumference direction intersecting with the groove 43A in the axial direction are provided on an outer peripheral eccentric part 42 of the rotary shaft 16 on which a roller 46 is to be mounted. A lubrication hole 83 communicating with an oil storage at the bottom of a sealed container 12 via an oil hole 80 of the rotary shaft 16 is provided on the grooves. Similarly, a groove 45A in the axial direction and a groove 45B in the circumference direction are also provided on an outer peripheral eccentric part 44 of the rotary shaft 16 on which a roller 48 is to be mounted, and a lubrication hole 84 communicating with the oil storage at the bottom of the sealed container 12 via the oil hole 80 of the rotary shaft 16 is provided on the grooves.
