PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever handle for a door capable of installing the lever handle at one touch and being easily detached by using a screw driver. SOLUTION: A screw hole 21 and a sliding groove 22 are slantly provided toward the surface of the door 8 so as to correspond to an engaging projected stripe 2 provided to a square shaft 1, also an engaging claw 11 mounted to the sliding groove 22 in a slidable manner is pushed to the engaging projected stripe 2 by a spring 12 provided between a screw attached piece 13 and the sliding groove, and when a door handle 20 is installed, it is installed at one touch so as to bend the spring 12, and when the door handle 20 is detached, in the same way as the normal door handle, the screw attached piece 13 is loosened by the screw driver to simply detach.
