HYDRAULIC MOLD OSCILLATOR WITH GUIDER UTILIZING SPRING AND ROLLER RAIL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A hydraulic mold oscillator is provided to stably control oscillation of a hydraulic mold by using a roller-rail system. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic mold oscillator includes a mold guiding device. The mold guiding device has a supporting plate for fixing a roller block of a roller rail such that the roller guiding device is fixed to an oscillating frame(15), and a frame(12) for fixedly install a rail thereon in such a manner that the roller block is moved un and down along the rail. The mold guiding block is fixedly installed on a fixing frame(16). A spring(13) is positioned between a mold oscillating section formed at a rear portion of the oscillating frame(15) and the fixing frame(16). The mold guiding device is installed between the oscillating frame(15) and the fixing frame(16).
