<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly obtain information related to an object on a real world from the object without enforcing special work on a user. <P>SOLUTION: An infrared transmitter is installed in the object on the real world, and information such as an equipment ID, a network address, a host name and a URL (uniform resource locator) is transmitted as infrared data.
