<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method for assembling in a virtual space of a large machine such as press machine. <P>SOLUTION: This simulation method for disassembling/assembling comprises three-dimensionally displaying, on a head mount display installed in the front of the visual field of an operator who performs a simulation, a disassembled/ assembled part, a jig for placing the disassembled/assembled, a hoisting accessory to be mounted on either of the disassembled/assembled and the jig, and a crane for lifting the disassembled/assembled by the hoisting accessory part, determining the hoisting accessory position on the basis of instructions from a virtual hand mounted on the hand of the operator and an operation panel for operating the crane operated by the operator to lift and carry the disassembled/assembled by the crane, and minutely adjusting the position and attitude of the lifted disassembled/assembled by the virtual handle to perform disassembling/assembling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
