<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice-signal output device capable of deciding accurately whether a telephone line is busy or not. <P>SOLUTION: The voice-signal output device is a head set 1 having a microphone 5a for so collecting a voice as to output a voice signal and having a PTT-signal output portion 3c for outputting a PTT-signal Sp when the voice- signal outputted by the microphone 5a satisfies a predetermined condition. Also, the head set 1 has a magnet 6a and a magnetic sensor 5b for sensing the presence of the movement of the peripheral portion of a mouth which is accompanied by a speaking. Further, the PTT-signal output portion 3c outputs the PTT-signal Sp by the voice-signal satisfying the predetermined condition and by making it a condition that the movement of the peripheral portion of the mouth is sensed by the magnetic sensor 5b and the magnet 6a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
