PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling an information processor capable of extending an operating time as a whole system and a program for executing this.

SOLUTION: A residual operation monitoring program 109 calculates an operation time by a storage battery, and a power saving control program 108 changes the executable environment of its own processor from the operation time of its own processor and the operation time of another information processor.
