<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device of a lamp electrically connected to a conductive wire by pressing an LED in a mounting part formed on a lamp base with the conductive wire stretched, and equipped with a bending mechanism of a conductive lead capable of suitably bending the conductive leads of the LED to allow its proper press-in to the mounting part. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with the bending mechanism 300 for bending the conductive leads of the LED into a form insertable into the mounting part (opening part) of the lamp base, and a press-in mechanism 400 for holding the bent LED to press it into the mounting part. The bending mechanism 300 is provided with a bending part 330 having a fixed die 331 for positioning and holding the LED, and a movable die 332 moved vertically to the fixed die 331, abutting on the lengthwise middle parts of the conductive leads of the LED to bend the conductive leads into a U-shaped form by setting the middle parts to the bottom sides. The conductive leads of the LED can be bent into the U-shaped form by bending them at a time in the bending part 330, so that influence of springback of the conductive leads can be relaxed and the LED can suitably be pressed in the openings in the press-in mechanism 400. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
