PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the display quality of a display device by eliminating the interference and influence of a control signal or the like on a video signal in a driver monolithic display device of a both side video input configuration. SOLUTION: This display device is provided with a pixel part 100 comprising a plurality of TFTs arranged in a matrix form together with the corresponding pixel display parts and a plurality of signal lines and scanning lines which are orthogonal to each other and connected to the TFTs, a signal line driving circuit 200 and signal line driving circuit 300 for controlling transmission of a video signal to a desired pixel display part, a control signal line 400 for transmitting a control signal to the signal line driving circuit 200, 1st and 2nd video lines 510, 520 for transmitting the video signals, and 1st and 2nd video line switches 610, 620 for electrically switching off the intersectional intervals of the 1st video lines 510 and the control signal 400 at a predetermined timing.
