PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reflected light from being incident on a light source. SOLUTION: A device is equipped with the light source 1 and a reflective shading type shutter 10 which is displaced for the light emitted by the light source. The shutter 10 has an aperture 10a which transmits the light where it faces the light and a reflective shading part 10b which reflects the light and shades the light source so that the light is not incident thereupon. Consequently, the reflective shading part of the shutter can prevent the light from being incident on the light source. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
