PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water injecting nozzle durable against high temperature in a sludge incinerator, with favorable water diffusing performance. SOLUTION: This nozzle is formed in a double structure of an outer pipe 2 and an inner pipe 3 comprising stainless steel pipes. The inner surface side of the inner pipe is set as a feed part for mixed fluid of water and high pressure air, and the outer side of the inner pipe is set as a feed part for cooling air. Pipe outlets 2a and 2b are set on the downstream side of a combined flow part of fluid flowing in both pipes, and the pipe outlets are crushed and narrowed to form a thin and long spout.
