PURPOSE: A method for verifying a system bus state using a memory device is provided to examine a bus status without an additional design using a hardware and a help of a measuring device during a system development or a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A verified address area is searched(210), and a problem of the searched address area is reported(215). A data bus is verified on the verified address(220), and a problem of the verified data bus is reported(225). The total address areas are verified using the verified data bus(230), and a problem of the verified total address areas is reported(235). Integrity of the verified total address areas and the data bus is reported(240). If a problem occurs in each stage, the problem is analyzed and a portion having the problem is recognized and reported, and the problem is managed in hardware.
